Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you export to?+
We ship worldwide, with strong experience exporting to Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Kenya and across Africa, Asia and Oceania. Contact us for availability to your destination.
How long does shipping take?+
Transit time depends on destination port and shipping schedule — typically 2–6 weeks. We provide an estimate with every quotation and real-time tracking after dispatch.
Do your prices include shipping?+
We provide quotations both with and without shipping. On request, we offer CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) and C&F pricing to your nearest port.
What shipping documents do you provide?+
We handle all export documentation including Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, Invoice, Packing List, and Deregistration Certificate. Japanese vehicles come with full Japan Auction sheets where available.
Vehicles & Inventory
Can you source a vehicle that isn't in your current stock?+
Yes — this is one of our core services. We have access to all major Japanese auctions. Send us your requirements (make, model, year, budget) and we'll source it with a full quotation, typically within 48 hours.
Are the vehicles inspected before export?+
Yes. Every vehicle and piece of machinery we export is inspected in Japan before shipment. We can provide inspection reports and auction sheets on request.
Do you sell new vehicles or only used?+
We export both brand-new Japanese domestic market vehicles and high-quality reconditioned vehicles. The majority of our stock is reconditioned with verified service history.
What does the mileage or hours figure mean?+
For vehicles we show odometer mileage in km. For machinery (excavators, forklifts etc.) we show engine hours, which is the standard measure of usage for heavy equipment.
Payments & Process
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept international bank transfer (T/T). Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm a purchase order. Contact us for details specific to your transaction.
How do I get started?+
Simply submit an inquiry through our contact form or WhatsApp us directly. Tell us what you're looking for and your destination country — we'll come back with a full quotation including shipping.
Can I visit your facility in Japan?+
Yes. Our office is in Osaka, Japan. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit. We can also conduct video walkarounds for overseas buyers who cannot travel.
